I recently started using Keynote for presentations, before I had been an avid user of powerpoint. I found it easy to come up to speed on Keynote and friendly user settings as well as drag and drop import of images and the customizable shapes that can be created.
The basic format of a keynote for CMS systems should include the following components:
- User Stories
- Pain Points
- Solutions
- Target KPI’s
System diagrams around CMS systems can be found all over the web, and in various states of good or bad design.
Focus your slides on specific ideas and facts as you create them. Look to create symmetry in the image vs content layout in each one. Keep a color trend through them all or stick to just black and white.
